ORDERING YOUR COURSE:
Go to the Ordering Page and click the add to shopping cart after the course you wish to take or take the shortcut in the right side panel that says Visit the Shop under Order a Program. The cart will show up in the right side panel below the Order a Program Section. When you have completed all your selections, click the checkout with Paypal button under the program ordered in the shopping cart.
ELECTRONIC PAYMENT CHECKOUT PROCEDURE:
You will be directed to the encrypted PayPal site to purchase your training course. At the conclusion of the payment process, click the Back to Merchant PayPal button and you will be redirected back to our website. At that time, please notify us through our contact us form of your purchase and the Class Day you would like. One of our instructors will contact you with the time and training site location. We will do everything possible to accomodate your Day requested. Under the message section of the form, make sure you have your name, address, city and state, zip code and a contact telephone number. This way we can geographically schedule your course training. Thank you for choosing A-B-C CPR + for your emergency training needs.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY:
1) Payment for all new and recertification programs must be cleared either electronically through Paypal or through our bank, if mailed, before an instructor will schedule a day, time and location to take the course.
2) No payments accepted at the training site. A printed receipt of your payment will be needed to enter the class either from Paypal or our Corporate Office who will mail a paid invoice to the address on the check we received. Instructors will not have the capability to collect payment at the time of the class. Processing your selected course and electronically paying for it on our website is the quickest way to secure your place in the class, reschedule your attendance if needed within the 72 hours of taking the class, or receive a refund.
3) A refund can be issued up to 72 hours ahead of taking the class. If the course was paid for on this website through Paypal, then a refund can be issued back to your bank account or credit card. If you mailed us a check or money order to P & F Enterprises, Inc., Attn: A-B-C CPR+ Account Receivable, P.O. Box 15191, Masaryktown, FL 34604-0114, then a check will be issued to you and mailed to the address that was on the check that we received.
