Please include your name, address, city, state, zip code and phone number along with the day you would like your class with the courses purchased. One of our instructors will contact you within 24-48 hours to setup the appointment. A paid receipt, from Paypal which you received via email or through a request to our Corporate Office P & F Enterprises, Inc., will be needed to enter the class on the day scheduled. If you prefer a paid invoice from our Corporate Office, please request it at the same time you notify us of your purchase. Our administrative office will send one to the email you supply us on the contact form.
